Last week, the project team conducted a training session on post-harvest technical management for 25 fruit and vegetable producers in Samlot district, Battambang province.
This training aims to enhance knowledge and techniques to minimize harvest losses, improve the quality and safety of agricultural products, and increase product value through proper storage, packaging, transportation, and processing of fruits and vegetables.
The Women’s Economic Empowerment and Climate Change Resilience of Vegetable Value Chain project is implemented by Aliments Market and supported by Grow Asia-CPSA and HEKS-EPER Cambodia.
