Kimna Leav
Country Director, Grow Asia - CPSA

Kimna Leav currently serves as the Country Director of the Cambodia Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (CPSA) – Grow Asia’s Country Partnership in Cambodia. As Country Director, Kimna spearheads strategic initiatives to enhance sustainable agricultural practices across Cambodia. She is responsible for building and maintaining CPSA’s reputation and its relationships with key stakeholders, including representatives from the private sector, governmental agencies such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the General Directorate of Agriculture, the Department of Agro-industry, and the Ministry of Commerce, as well as civil society organizations.

Kimna has an extensive background in integrated developmental programs and strategic planning in the agricultural sector. She has over five years of experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of sustainable agricultural projects. Prior to leading CPSA, Kimna served as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager for the Cambodia Counter Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Project, a USAID program managed by Winrock International.

Additionally, she has ten years of experience across various sectors, including private companies, micro-finance, and integrated program development at World Vision International-Cambodia. Her work has spanned agriculture, women’s economic empowerment, sustainable local value chain development, education, water and sanitation, nutrition, and local capacity for peace projects. This diverse experience has honed her ability to collaborate with people from different backgrounds.

Kimna holds an Executive Certificate and Diploma in Development Policies and Practices from the Geneva Graduate Institute in Switzerland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the International Institute of Cambodia.

Sarin Tey
Program Lead

Sarin supports CPSA’s programs focusing mainly on research, value chains, market linkages, contract farming, agribusiness, and agritech solutions. Before joining CPSA, he worked for various organizations engaging in the area of environment, agriculture, business, and economic empowerment.

Serey Vaddhanak Ith
Communications and Engagement Manager

In 2022, Vaddhanak joined Cambodia Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (CPSA), taking on the role of leading the communications work and coordinating the Working Groups. He holds a Master of Sciences in International Media and Management from Bangor University, United Kingdom, and his dissertation was on the topic of “Understanding Media Literacy and Fake News in Cambodia”. Prior to joining CPSA, Vaddhanak had worked for an NGO in media, communications, and project management. His enthusiasm for refining his skills and making a positive contribution to the advancement of Cambodia’s agriculture sector is evident.

Kimhun Sang
Partnership Manager

Kimhun has been with Grow Asia-CPSA for over two years, leading and facilitating stakeholder relationships and partnerships within the ‘4Ps’ framework—Public, Private, Producer, and Partnership—in the agriculture sector.Prior to joining Grow Asia-CPSA, he accumulated 15 years of experience with Development Partners and the Private Sector, specializing in stakeholder platforms including business-to-business interactions, business matching, Business to service engagements, and business trade fairs. He is excited to apply his extensive professional skills to enhance partnership engagements and contribute to agricultural development.

Sivgech Tang
Project Manager

Sivgech recently joined CPSA as a project manager, she is in charge of overseeing project design, management, implementation, and project monitoring. Her focus includes maintaining project excellence and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders.

In her previous experience, she worked for various institutes and organizations, supporting women’s economic empowerment, and financial literacy, and guiding youth empowerment and entrepreneurship development. Sivgech committees to contributing to solutions that bring positive change and meaningful impact to society.
