Our Team
Kimna Leav currently serves as the Country Director of the Cambodia Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (CPSA) – Grow Asia’s Country Partnership in Cambodia. As Country Director, Kimna spearheads strategic initiatives to enhance sustainable agricultural practices across Cambodia. She is responsible for building and maintaining CPSA’s reputation and its relationships with key stakeholders, including representatives from the private sector, governmental agencies such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the General Directorate of Agriculture, the Department of Agro-industry, and the Ministry of Commerce, as well as civil society organizations.
Kimna has an extensive background in integrated developmental programs and strategic planning in the agricultural sector. She has over five years of experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of sustainable agricultural projects. Prior to leading CPSA, Kimna served as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager for the Cambodia Counter Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Project, a USAID program managed by Winrock International.
Additionally, she has ten years of experience across various sectors, including private companies, micro-finance, and integrated program development at World Vision International-Cambodia. Her work has spanned agriculture, women’s economic empowerment, sustainable local value chain development, education, water and sanitation, nutrition, and local capacity for peace projects. This diverse experience has honed her ability to collaborate with people from different backgrounds.
Kimna holds an Executive Certificate and Diploma in Development Policies and Practices from the Geneva Graduate Institute in Switzerland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the International Institute of Cambodia.

Rotha Neth
Rotha started with Grow Asia-CPSA in September 2024 as Finance and Operation Manager. Holding a Master of Finance, and with more than 15 years of experience with Development Sectors in accounting, finance, grants and administration management, he is contributing the best practice of accounting and finance management, ensuring the compliance of organization operation to local legislation and administrating the human resource affairs. He is very delighted to be part of CPSA’s journey, which is contributing to the agriculture development, especially in Cambodia.

Kimhun Sang
Kimhun has been with Grow Asia-CPSA for over two years, leading and facilitating stakeholder relationships and partnerships within the ‘4Ps’ framework—Public, Private, Producer, and Partnership—in the agriculture sector.Prior to joining Grow Asia-CPSA, he accumulated 15 years of experience with Development Partners and the Private Sector, specializing in stakeholder platforms including business-to-business interactions, business matching, Business to service engagements, and business trade fairs. He is excited to apply his extensive professional skills to enhance partnership engagements and contribute to agricultural development.

Chihor Ngov
Chihor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Management from the Department of Media and Communication, Royal University of Phnom Penh. Prior to joining CPSA, he joined CARE Germany as Communications and Advocacy intern. He was also a Public Relations volunteer at the Department of Media and Communication. He joined a local NGO in 2020 as a Communications Officer. At CPSA, Chihor is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s communication strategies, maintaining its digital and online platforms, and planning and executing events.
