Amy Melissa Chua
Head of Partnerships

Amy Melissa Chua is currently the Head of Partnerships at Grow Asia, overseeing the country chapters in the Philippines, Cambodia, and Viet Nam. Concurrently, Amy is the Country Director of the Philippines Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture. In her role, Amy manages the overall execution of the PPSA’s strategic vision – supporting the development of sustainable and inclusive agricultural development in the Philippines. Amy will also be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the PPSA’s Working Groups, which are the networks’ primary vehicle for change.

Prior to joining Grow Asia – PPSA, Amy was the Communications and Engagement Manager of the Aboitiz Foundation and WeatherPhilippines Foundation. Her contributions to the Aboitiz Group involved the enhancement of the Aboitiz’s CSR brand reputation and stakeholder engagement, and the creation of the Group’s first crowdfunding platform that caters to various nonprofits nationwide.

In 2017, Amy was instrumental in establishing the PPSA as its first Country Secretariat Coordinator, leading the establishment of the PPSA’s Core Committee and Working Groups. She was also a Portfolio Manager for Livelihood and Officer-in-Charge of the Corporate Affairs of the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP).

Amy holds a Development Communication degree from the University of the Philippines – Los Baños.

Sarin Tey
Program Lead

Sarin supports CPSA’s programs focusing mainly on research, value chains, market linkages, contract farming, agribusiness, and agritech solutions. Before joining CPSA, he worked for various organizations engaging in the area of environment, agriculture, business, and economic empowerment.

Serey Vaddhanak Ith
Communications and Engagement Manager

In 2022, Vaddhanak joined Cambodia Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (CPSA), taking on the role of leading the communications work and coordinating the Working Groups. He holds a Master of Sciences in International Media and Management from Bangor University, United Kingdom, and his dissertation was on the topic of “Understanding Media Literacy and Fake News in Cambodia”. Prior to joining CPSA, Vaddhanak had worked for an NGO in media, communications, and project management. His enthusiasm for refining his skills and making a positive contribution to the advancement of Cambodia’s agriculture sector is evident.

Kimhun Sang
Partnership Manager

Kimhun has been with Grow Asia-CPSA for over two years, leading and facilitating stakeholder relationships and partnerships within the ‘4Ps’ framework—Public, Private, Producer, and Partnership—in the agriculture sector.Prior to joining Grow Asia-CPSA, he accumulated 15 years of experience with Development Partners and the Private Sector, specializing in stakeholder platforms including business-to-business interactions, business matching, Business to service engagements, and business trade fairs. He is excited to apply his extensive professional skills to enhance partnership engagements and contribute to agricultural development.

Monyrath Chan

Monyrath has ten years of experience in finance and administration management. She is responsible for the administrative/financial management of CPSA’s suite of services, including financial planning, monitoring, reporting, and overseeing all aspects of administration. She also ensures CPSA’s compliance with relevant local regulations, internal policies, and the requirements of donors and investors. She holds a BA degree in Finance and Banking.

Sivgech Tang
Project Manager

Sivgech recently joined CPSA as a project manager, she is in charge of overseeing project design, management, implementation, and project monitoring. Her focus includes maintaining project excellence and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders.

In her previous experience, she worked for various institutes and organizations, supporting women’s economic empowerment, and financial literacy, and guiding youth empowerment and entrepreneurship development. Sivgech committees to contributing to solutions that bring positive change and meaningful impact to society.

Bun Chanveasna
Agricultural Cooperative Coordinator

Veasna joined CPSA in early 2023. He provides technical support for ACs regarding institutional governance, business operations, agricultural value chain linkage and connectivity and financial management. Before joining CPSA, he worked for INGOs and private sector related to agriculture, business and environment sector for over a decade. Veasna holds a bachelor’s degree in Extension and Rural Development from the Prek Leap National College of Agriculture. He is interested in promoting Cambodian young leaders working for ACs contributing to agricultural productivity and market opportunities, resulting in creating domestic jobs, increasing incomes and reducing migrations.
